v3.6.0

14 Sep 2026
New features
  • Require multi-factor authentication for everyone in your company with a single setting on the company profile page. Users signing in with a password are prompted to set up an authenticator app; SSO and LDAP users are exempt, as their second factor is handled by your identity provider or directory
  • New Scrub mode on the Metrics and All Metrics charts: drag across any chart to move the time cursor continuously, with every chart, KPI readout and the screenshot following as you go
  • The Metrics Timeline now shows each metric’s value at the playhead as you drag it, and the screenshot steps smoothly frame to frame instead of blanking between updates
  • Big Janks (/10 min) is now available as a collection alert criterion
  • The collections list shows the date of each collection’s most recent session, and can be sorted by it
  • The dashboard version is now shown in the user menu in the top navigation bar
Improvements
  • The dashboard now reopens your last-viewed collection, or a starred one, instead of always returning to Default
  • Your column selection and page size on the session view are now remembered between visits
  • Truncated session titles, tags and marker labels now show their full value on hover
  • The Analysis sessions table now uses the full width of the page, so columns are readable without truncation
  • Filters and ordering on the company user list are now kept in the page URL, so a filtered view survives a reload and can be shared
  • PAYG: the “Buy more hours” button now reads “Buy more Pro hours”, and tooltips on the button and the usage counter explain that the hours are drawn down by Studio Pro Android and Desktop recording
  • PAYG: administrators whose licence has expired are now taken straight to the purchase portal when they sign in, instead of to a dialog with no way forward
  • The outdated recording agent warning on SDK sessions now links to both the SDK and the Performance Injector
  • The alert tag filter now shows a key:value format hint, so values are entered in the form the filter actually matches
  • The password reset, chart marker and time range dialogs have been restyled to match the rest of the dashboard
Bug fixes
  • Fixed the GPU chart in session compare plotting pixel and vertex load instead of total GPU load
  • The App Version session filter can now be used on its own, without first setting an app name or package name
  • Alert criteria thresholds are now compared as numbers, so Equals matches and the greater/less than or equal operators work at the threshold value
  • Fixed a Session Duration alert using the In operator throwing an error and stopping every alert after it in the collection from running
  • Fixed decimal pass criteria thresholds (for example 13.5) causing Explore queries to fail
  • Fixed PAYG purchases not being credited when the return from the payment portal did not complete
  • Starring a collection no longer reorders the collections list or the collection selector under your cursor
  • Fixed opening a link to a specific page within a collection landing on the collection’s default page instead
  • Fixed invalid page and sort values in user and company list links producing an empty or wrongly ordered page
  • Restored spacing around chart cards and sliders
